**Please note that in order to benefit from the reduced fees for early registrations you need to complete your registration and pay the registration fee on or before 28 February 2011.

If you are a Colorado State University student volunteer and would like to register for the conference, please email Heidi Huber-Stearns at esg2011@colostate.edu.

The registration fee will offer participants:

  • Admission to all sessions and exhibitions
  • Conference program (on a flash drive unless otherwise requested) and other materials about the conference venue
  • Three conference lunches
  • One welcome reception
  • Several refreshment breaks throughout the conference
  • One conference dinner with entertainment in a classic Colorado setting

Accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Rooms have been blocked for conference participants at hotels near the conference venue. For more information please visit our Travel & Accommodation page.

Students must supply a document proving their current ‘student’ status upon arrival at conference registration. Documentation can include items such as a current student identification card or faculty member letter stating the student is currently enrolled at a college or university. If documentation is not provided upon arrival at the conference, the participant will be charged the full registration fee.

Members of co-sponsoring institutions may be asked to provide evidence of their affiliation, such as photocopies of business cards or letters with relevant information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received by the Office of Conference Services at +1 (970) 491-7501, Fax +1 (970) 491-7747, or e-mail conferences@colostate.edu no later than 5:00 p.m., 5 May 2010. A $53.00 administrative fee will be charged for each cancellation resulting in a refund. No cancellation requests will be honored after this time.

Accepted Forms of Payment

The conference registration website will accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards
  • Bank and/or wire transfers*
  • Check
  • Cash (for on site registration)

*Additional transfer fee applies for wire transfers. Wire transfers will be accepted until one month prior to conference date (15 April 2011).

Non-liability Clause

The organizers are not liable for the consequences of any unpredictable event that might disturb the sequence of the conference.
